Day 281: Blessed Day

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning after getting to sleep in. Then I did a little bit of my schoolwork that I wanted to get done before spring break next week. So I got all of that done and then this afternoon I talked to one of my friends on the phone. Then I studied all afternoon for my math test tomorrow so I have officially studied for the test for the last 4 days so I pray that I do well on it. Right now, I am just watching Remember the Titans and waiting for my dinner to cook. I am also hoping that tomorrow before school that I can hang out with my awesome group of friends at the park for some frisbee practice and just some time to hang out. My week has been so amazing, just growing closer and closer to my group of friends and my family and just realizing the many blessings in my life that God has sent into my life. It is truly amazing to see and live through.

Day 280: Game Day

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up early this morning to work price changes and put a bunch of limited quantity stuff on some of the empty racks. Then I came home and studied all afternoon as well as talked to a friend of mine on the phone which was a lot of fun. Now I am just studying some more before going to class in about an hour for a couple of hours. Then after that, we will be having another game night with a bunch of our awesome friends. I love hanging out with these awesome people. They make me laugh so hard and make my life so enjoyable. God has truly blessed me with some amazing friends that I just feel so comfortable around all the time. I am also excited because soon I will be going to the beach with those same friends for spring break, it will be a lot of fun. I am just awed by how God knew exactly what kind of friends I would enjoy having in my life. He truly blessed me so much with these people and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

Day 279: Study and Work

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning after sleeping in. I studied for my math test on Thursday for a little while today and also yesterday afternoon. Then I went out to lunch with my sister and my dad. After that, I stopped and got myself an ankle brace because the last 2 weeks after frisbee, I have had a sore left ankle so I am trying to make it so that doesn't happen again. Then I came home, finished getting ready for work then headed off to work for the afternoon. It was a nice short 4 hour shift that went by really quickly. Then I came home, ate homemade macaroni, sausage, braut and cabbage that my parents made for dinner and it was so yummy. Now I am just chilling at home for the evening, going to bed soon and watching some t.v. at the moment. It has been a nice, relaxing day.

Day 278: A Great Sunday :)

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning and got ready for my day. It was rather cold today and so I wore a sweater all day today. I taught my sunday school class this morning and had a good time teaching the kids. I have some of the best kids in my sunday school class, so entertaining and adorable. Then after that, I had a good time in the worship service where my dad did a great job speaking and teh whole service went very well. Then, we went out to lunch as a family with a couple from my church for some pizza and wings. Now I am just chilling at home until work tonight where I will be doing ad-set which I haven't done in awhile. I am going to take a nap soon then do some studying before work. It has been a great day and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Frisbee went really well last night as well and then we went out with a group of friends afterwards which was such a fun time. My awesome friends always know how to put a smile on my face.

Day 277: Fun Day Ahead

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning, got ready for my day. Later, I will be going off to work where I will do ad-set and fitting rooms. Now I am just waiting until it is time to head off to work. Then I will be playing some ultimate frisbee tonight with my awesome group of friends. It is so cool to get to know all of those people even better over the weeks that we play frisbee. It is also a lot of fun to play frisbee. I am so looking forward to that time tonight. God has truly blessed me with some great friends to share my favorite sport with and has helped me gain some lifelong friendships through it.

Day 276: Ad-Set

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning, took my brother into work then when I came home I did 80 situps, 24 arm rows on each arm, 24 shoulder presses and 48 side bends. Then I went back to sleep for a little while. When I woke up, I got a start to my day and then went off to work for 4 hours. At work, I cleaned out the fitting room of the area my mom will be working in tonight so it is all cleaned out for her. I just hope is stays that way for awhile because it looked very nice. When I came home, I ate dinner and also got the True Love Waits ring that I ordered a few days ago. Now I am just chilling at home tonight until all my friends come over for a game night tonight. I can't wait until the game night, it will be such a fun time. After that, it'll be off to sleep. Talk about a great day!

Day 275: Busy Day of School, Work and Relaxing

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up and took my brother to work this morning because my sister needed our car to take to school this morning. Then she found out her score on her math test which I'm not going to give away, I want her to have a chance to tell people first. Then I worked for 4 hours this afternoon. I was almost late to class because the person supposed to replace me at the register was late but I made it to school safe and sound and was there for 4 hours after work. We got a lot accomplished in my classes and then I came home, ate some dinner my mom made and just relaxed the rest of the night at home. It was a nice ending to my day.

Day 274: Moving On

Today has been a good day so far. I woke up this morning early to head into work at 8:45 a.m. and I worked for 4 hours on the register. Then after work, I came home, ate some lunch and then I did some homework after that. I saw James at work as well this morning and it wasn't akward at all which was good and I gave him the birthday present I had bought for him. I am moving on and in the mean time, I am getting all my homework done as well as hanging with my awesome friends. I also took a short nap today. Now I am just chilling and about to eat dinner soon.

Day 273: Not So Fun Day and Fun Day

Today was not such a great day. This morning, I woke up got ready for church then I broke up with James. It just wasn't the right relationship for me and was causing tension in my family. My family is important to me so it was tough for awhile. It wasn't fun but I feel like it was for the best and this was supposed to happen somehow. God is in control though and I trust He has somebody in mind for me. After that rough time, it was nice to fellowship with friends and my family at church then one of my awesome friends came to church and then out to lunch with my sister and I which cheered me up a lot. My sister and this friend are really like my best friends and it it awesome to hang out with both of them, they really know how to cheer me up. Church and sunday school went really well and lunch was a lot of fun. Now I am just chilling at home tonight and moving on with life with God by my side.

Day 272: Busy Day At Work

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning and got ready for my day because I had to work this afternoon. Then I talked to James on the phone for a bit. After that, I went off to work where it was crazy busy this afternoon. It was hard to feel like I was accomplishing anything today because as soon as I'd clean out one of the fitting rooms it would be a mess again. Oh well, we always have a few of those days where everything is a mess. We just got to push through and work together to get it done. Now I am just chilling at home until playing some ultimate frisbee with my friends tonight. It will be a bunch of fun.

Day 271: The Rainy Day

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up after sleeping in yet again this morning from a phone call from James asking if he could take me out to lunch. So we went out to lunch and discussed a few things and had a really good discussion. It went well and we got a lot of things accomplished that needed to be said. Then after lunch, we just sat downtown and talked for like an hour and a half and got a lot of stuff said that needed to be said. Now I am just chilling at home until work in about half an hour. I have a long shift tonight so that'll be good on the paycheck.

Day 270: School Day

Today has been a great day so far. I slept in this morning after dropping my brother off at work at 6 a.m. It felt nice to sleep in yet again. Then James called me to see if I wanted to hang out with him today. So we hung out this afternoon and had a lot of fun together. I am helping him look for a new motorcycle because his got stolen yesterday from work. Somebody just put it in the back of their car and drove off. The nerve of some people just taking somebody's possessions like that. Oh well, God is in charge and something good will come of this. All we have to do is believe that. Now I am chilling at home for a few minutes before heading off to school soon. I'm going to have class for 5 hours tonight woohoo.

Day 269: Day after Valentine's Day

Today has been a great day so far. I called James this morning to see how he is doing today and just to check in for the day before he headed off to work this morning. He got all signed up for taking his final class at college so that is good and then he returned the movie I rented last night for me so that was sweet of him. Then I got up and got ready for my day by doing my household chores this afternoon and did my math homework before that. Then I finished all my other homework that was due within the next few days today as well so I am all caught up for school tomorrow and the classes that had work due Sunday are all done as well. Now I am just chilling at home, feeling pretty accomplished today, I got a lot of stuff done. I am working tonight then I have the day off and my 5 hours of classes again tomorrow night. This picture is my Valentine's Day gifts from James and I absolutely love both of them. He is such a sweet guy I am so happy.

Day 268: Valentine's Day

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up very early this morning, sent some interviews to some people that I need for one of my class assignments then got ready for work. I worked truck this morning, unloading it. I am excited to hang out at home, chilling with James tonight who is making me dinner and then we are going to hang out and watch a movie together. It will be a nice, relaxing Valentine's Day. It is the first year I have actually had somebody to spend it with so I am excited about that. Right now, I am just about to take a nap then I have school later on then the fun night will begin.

Day 267: Accomplishing Day

Today has been a great day so far. I talked to James for a little while on the phone this morning. Then I went back to sleep for a little while. Then I woke up and got ready for the day. Then I went to Chili's for lunch with my dad and sister today. After that, I hung out at home doing some reading and watching Breaking Dawn part 1 since it is the last day I have the rental. Now I am just chilling at home tonight until James and I go to the couple's house in my church that we were supposed to have dinner with on Friday night but it ended up being cancelled. We are going over there for dinner later tonight so it will be a great evening.

Day 266: Very Relaxing Sunday

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning, got ready for church after 6.5 hours of sleep so I was a bit exhausted. Then I went to church, taught my sunday school class and got to see James there. Then we went to lunch at Crisper's which was really yummy, I got this margherita flatbread thing that was really yummy. After that, my family, James and I all came back to my house after having a good talk at lunch between my dad and James. I also found out that I believe James is going to buy me flowers and chocolate for Valentine's Day which is so cool. I am a truly lucky girl. After we came back to my house we hung out here, watched Breaking Dawn part 1 together, had dinner together and then he left. It was a great Sunday off, I loved it so much.

Day 265: Good Day at Work

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning to get ready to take my brother to work, fill our car up with gas and then to head into work myself. I also wrote down our new schedules there as well. After that, I worked for 4 hours taking down the power hour signs as well as cleaning out the fitting rooms the rest of the time. I got the juniors and intimates fitting rooms cleaned out before I left and they were very messy but I got it accomplished. Then I came home after work. I just relaxed at home, watched a movie and tonight we are going to play some ultimate frisbee with some of our friends.

Day 264: Short Day at Work then Dinner

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning to a call from James, I love those wake up calls over my alarm any day. Then I got up, did my workout where I did 60 situps for Body by God as well as a few other exercises and then I ate breakfast. Now I am just chilling at home until work in a couple of hours and then tonight James and I are going to have dinner with a couple in my church. It should be a lot of fun and I look forward to seeing him as well since I haven't seen him since Monday. It has been a very relaxing day an it also looks like rain so that made it a little harder to wake up but I did and got a start to my day.

Day 263: Early Morning

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up early this morning at like 4 a.m. to get ready for work. I did that, then my brother took me into work because my sister needed our car for school this morning. Now I am home just relaxing until I have school for 5 hours later on. It has been a nice day, busy just how I like it. That way I'm not sitting at home bored all day. I am going to eat some lunch then am going to take a nap before school tonight so that'll be nice and relaxing. I also already did my Body by God workout this morning so that is all done as well. The time at work was very enjoyable as well because I enjoy working with the people I worked with this morning.

Day 262: Wednesday Off

Today has been a great day so far. I got to sleep in this morning after getting very little sleep yesterday so it felt nice. Then I did my laundry this afternoon and also made sure all my homework was done as well. I then talked to James on the phone for a bit today. We were going to do a devotion time today but one of his friends from school came for an unexpected visit and James decided to hang with him while he's here. Now I am just chilling at home until hanging out with James and his friend later on.

Day 261: Good News

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up super early to take my brother up to work. Then I came back and slept for a little less than an hour. Then after that, I was off to work where I worked 4 hours. It was pretty slow in the store today which wasn't good on a day I was absolutely exhausted but it went by pretty quickly. After work, I talked to James for a little while and found out his interview went well at the prison so that was good news. Then I took a nap for an hour and a half. After that, I went off to school where I found out I got a 93 on my first math test which made me extremely excited. Now I am just chilling at home watching some t.v. with my sister.

Day 260: Tiring Sunday

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up early this morning to get ready for church. Then James called me to say good morning. After that, I got to church, taught the awesome kids in my sunday school class and had a good service at church this morning. I also got to see James there which made me happy. My family and I went out to lunch at Flipper's with some friends and it was a good time. Now I am just chilling at home, going to take a nap soon because I'm tired from playing frisbee then waking up early this morning. Then later on tonight, I'll be off to work. It has been a busy, tiring but good Sunday.

Day 259: Fun Day Ahead

Today has been a great day so far. I was woken up this morning by a call from the boyfriend of course and it was nice to hear from him this morning. Then I worked this afternoon taking down some signs and working on fitting rooms as well. After work, I got off, came home and helped my mom make dinner. We are having stuffed cabbage for dinner and I can't wait, it is one of my favorite meals that my mom cooks. I helped her make it and now am just chilling, watching some t.v. and waiting for it to be done so that I can eat dinner. Then tonight we are going to play some frisbee again, I can't wait to play with all my awesome friends, it'll be so much fun.

Day 258: Day Off

Today has been a great day so far. I got a call this morning from James saying good morning before he went off to work. It was nice to hear from him. Then I did my math homework that my teacher assigned last night. I also slept in tonight because I was exhausted so it was nice to sleep in. Then I did my workout for tomorrow, today so I could use my cardio for frisbee tomorrow night. I did 50 situps and did 35 last week so I added 15 situps to my workout today. I am continuing to build it up every week. It has been nice to have the day off. I worked the last week straight so it was nice to have a day off. Now I am just chilling at home for a little while before my friends come over for a game day this afternoon. Fun times ahead which is awesome.

Day 257: Busy, Busy Day

Today has been a crazy busy day but also a great day. I woke up super early like 4 a.m. early this morning to get ready for work at 6 a.m. and after closing last night, waking up this morning was rough but somehow I made it through the entire day. Then I worked for 8 hours with my mom in the intimate department helping her set it the way that it is supposed to be set and we got it all accomplished as well as some moving stuff around in accessories as well. We got a major amount of stuff accomplished but working on so little sleep was difficult. Then I went to school about an hour after work for 5 hours which made me even more tired. I kept having to move in my seat in my math class to keep myself awake. It had been a long day. Then I came home and got to talk to James for a little while so that was a nice ending to my day. It has been a crazy hectic day but I got a lot of stuff accomplished today so that was good.

Day 256: School day/ Devotion Time

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning to a call from James, my amazing boyfriend. Yesterday, we had a great talk with a couple about how to have a lasting relationship that is Christ centered and they gave us a lot of insight into that. After I got off the phone, I was going to sleep for about an hour more then decided to wake up and start my day off by finishing my homework that is due Friday and Sunday so I got all that done. Then I got ready for the day because James is coming over later to do a devotion with my dad and I. Then later on, he and I are both closing tonight at Kohl's. It has been so cool, I picked up 22 hours there this week and the week is only halfway over. I probably am not going to take anymore hours though because I only have one day off this week. Now I am just chilling at home until James comes over.
