Day 195: Day Off Spent With a Special Guy :)

This has been a good day so far. James and I both had the day off so we hung out at my house today. He taught me how to make a really good country fried steak and it tasted really yummy. We also went to Kohl's where he opened a Kohl's charge and bought a shirt as well. Then we went to Wal-Mart to get my dad some copy paper that he needed to print something out. We rented Fast Five for free and sat down and watched it after lunch. It was a lot of fun and I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with him. I am going to school tonight to finish off the day and I have yet another day off tomorrow. James and I may go to Downtown Disney together tomorrow, not sure yet if we are but he suggested it. I hope we do though because I enjoy spending time with him.

Day 194: Busy Tuesday

Today has been a good day so far. I worked this morning at 6 a.m. which I didn't mind because I got off early and we got a lot accomplished today as well. In an hour today we scanned a ton of houseware stuff where the hand towels and stuff are and we got a good portion of it done through that. The 4 hours went by pretty fast because there was a lot to get done. It was enjoyable too because I had some good workers working with me on it. It is a lot of fun when you have some people to talk to as well as hard workers working with you. Later today, I have an advisor's appointment for the school I am starting up at next month so I am excited about that and I have already gotten a lot accomplished.

Day 193: Change in Seasons

It started to rain today as seen in this picture. It also brought around some cooler temperatures so I am sitting here in jeans and a sweater on. I am such a Florida girl so much so that I get cold in 60 degree weather. It feels really nice though and I am so excited because I have gotten a lot accomplished today. I did some homework my teacher had assigned us to do. Then I also got an advising appointment with the school I am transferring to as well. I finished my orientation and had to get an advising appointment done before I can move on so that is what I did today. I am also going to school tonight and we will be doing more presentations and a little homework quiz over the homework I finished today so I am very ready for it. Then after that it will be off to bed shortly after because I am going to work early in the morning tomorrow. Overall, it has been a great day and I also got a call from James this morning as well which was a good start to my day.

Day 192: My Awesome Cousin

This is a picture of my cousin Taylor. She cracks me up when she is down visiting for Thanksgiving just the way she acts and the stuff does makes me laugh so hard. I love her to death and would do anything for her. She is my cousin and she came down for a visit for Thanksgiving and her, her mom (my Aunt) and my grandma all came down and it was just such a fun time as usual when we get to see them. I love all three of them dearly and would do anything for them. God has truly blessed me with the family I have because some people aren't so fortunate and I thank Him everyday for the fact that I have each and every one of them in my life. My life would not be complete without them. I forgot to post yesterday which is Sunday so I am posting it now. All I did was went to church where the service was excellent, my sister and Caleb did a great job leading worship then my dad did a great job speaking as usual. It was a good day. Then I worked last night and got a lot of stuff done and also felt like a manager for a little while because a bunch of the new people kept asking me questions but it was cool to be the go to person there.

Day 191: Pretty Scenery

Today has been a good day so far. I took my brother into work at 6 a.m. after staying up intil 1 a.m. after working black Friday yesterday until 12:30 a.m. Then I fell back asleep for a couple of hours then my family left for Disney where I will be going after I get off work today. I am working until 3 p.m. today and am feeling my 12 hour day yesterday. By Monday I am going to be ready for a day full of rest and relaxation because 12 hours yesterday then working and Disney today is going to wear me out but it will be nice to be able to go and hang out with family for the rest of the night so it will be a good ending to my day. I also got woken up by a call from my awesome boyfriend who will also be at work when I get there so I am looking forward to that as well but I will be counting down the hours until I can head of to Disney with my family. I so can't wait until that time.

Day 190: Bright Sunshine Black Friday

Today has been a great day so far. I woke up this morning from a call from James asking me to pick him up from work because they let him off early. His motorcycle was at my house since he drove over with my brother and my brother was staying another 3 hours so he called to ask if I could pick him up. I picked him up, brought him back to my house so he could get his motorcycle and get home to get some sleep since he spent the whole day at my house yesterday and was on just a few hours of sleep. Then after he left I just decided to stay awake because I wouldn't have been able to fall back asleep. I am supposed to work from 1 p.m.-12:30 a.m. today but if they are letting people off early this morning it is possible I won't be there that whole time. I'm not a big fan of working on black Friday but I need the hours so it's all good. It has been an overall good day and I feel a lot more rested this black Friday than I felt last year when I had to go in at opening time.

Day 189: Thanksgiving :)

This has been a great day. I love this picture of my dog, she just looks so cute. James and I took her for a walk today and she just had such a fun time. Today is Thanksgiving and I am so thankful for my wonderful family, friends and boyfriend who spent pretty much the whole day with my family and I. It is so cool realizing how blessed I am and all that I have to be thankful for. God has truly blessed me with an awesome family who loves me so much, friends who are there for me no matter what and an awesome boyfriend who even though he is very tired, stayed over at my house just hanging out most of the day. The food was so delicious that my aunt and my mom made. They sure can cook some amazing food.

Day 188: First Family Day

Today has been a great day. I only got about 5 hours of sleep because MY FAMILY IS HERE!!!! YAY! I am so excited that they are here can't you tell? This morning we went to get a makeup makeover from one of my friends and she did a great job on our makeup and it was such a fun time hanging with my sister and my cousin doing that then I took them to lunch at McDonald's which was fun too. Then I worked for 4 hours this afternoon and found out James left his dinner at home by accident so I went and got him some dinner so he wouldn't starve since he is closing tonight and it would be late before he'd be able to eat. He was so thankful that I did because he was afraid he wasn't going to have anything to eat but I made sure that didn't happen. Now soon my family and I are going to go do some bowling which will be a lot of fun.

Day 187: Cleaning Day

This has been a pretty good day so far. I have gotten a lot of cleaning done for my family coming in tonight. I am so excited to see them and spend time with them for the next few days. I love when they come to visit because it is such a fun time with them and I am glad I have so much free time while they are here to hang out with them. I also got to talk to the boyfriend today. He has to work this afternoon so I probably won't see him today. But he'll be at work tomorrow when I work as well so I'll see him there. I love this picture, it looks so beautiful and I am just so happy that my family is coming in town tonight. I have just been relaxing at home, cleaning and making the house look presentable for when the family comes.

Day 186: Hanging Out

Today has been a good day. I went out to lunch with my dad and my sister this afternoon to KFC and got their hot wings. They weren't very hot until I put hot sauce on them but it was a very yummy lunch. Then I hung out with James at my house for a couple of hours until he had to go to work. It was a lot of fun as usual hanging out with him. I also did some work on the group presentation that my partner and I will be presenting at school tonight. It will be a good presentation if I do say so myself. As you can see by my picture, it has been overcast a lot of the day and I hope with this rain that the cooler weather will come not warmer weather. It has been a good day and soon I will be off to school to do my presentation.

Day 185: Day of Fun Times

I had this sight greet me this morning when I was letting my dog out to eat. It was just so pretty that I just had to take a picture of it. I have had a pretty good day. Frisbee last night was so much fun and it was awesome seeing my friends again. I am a bit tired from it today though so I believe a nap is in my near future. I thought James and I were going to hang out today but he wanted to go work out so he did that instead. We may hang out tomorrow though so it's all good. I saw him most of the morning anyways. We ate a spaghetti luncheon put on by some of the kids in the church and the food was absolutely delicious. Church and Sunday School both went well and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It has been a good day and I look forward to many more of them.

Day 184: Busy Day at Work

Today has been a good day so far. I worked this afternoon from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. It was a pretty busy day but I have to say after I left the fitting rooms looked pretty good. I am also excited because I am playing some ultimate frisbee tonight with my friends. It will be a lot of fun. Tomorrow will be a good day as well, sunday school, church, lunch afterwards served by the kids in the church and then James and I are going to hang out as well. It will be a good day. We were going to hang out at Starbuck's as well but nobody replied that they were coming for sure so I cancelled the event. Oh well, maybe next week. I am just so excited about frisbee tonight, I haven't played in what feels like forever.

Day 183: Busy, Busy Day

Today has been a good day so far. I took my brother to work at 5:30 a.m. this morning so he could work truck. Then I came back and got about another hour of sleep before waking up for school. I went to school, found out I got an 80 on my last science test which was good news. Then I picked up some Subway for lunch which was very yummy. Then I talked to my boyfriend on the phone, getting an update on his day and he was the one who called me which I like it when he decides to call me, it means he was thinking about me as well hehe. Now I am just chilling at home for less than an hour before heading into work at 2 p.m. I will be there most of the night as well so I am hoping to be able to get a lot done for the closing crew. I love when I can help catch everybody up and make for an easy closing night for the closing crew, it makes my day to be able to do that.

Day 182: Dinnerrrrrr

Today has been a great day. I spent the morning at work working on the register. It was a fairly easy morning and the customers were really nice and a lot of fun to talk to. Then I did some shopping while waiting for my sister to pick me up after she got out of school. Then James called and we hung out at my house this afternoon. We played Uno and he enjoyed making me draw four cards and draw two cards. He also enjoyed making me skip a turn and stuff as well. Now I am just chilling at home until lifegroup tonight which my sister and I are going to tonight. James may be coming as well after dinner with his dad. It has been a great day and this picture is the dinner I made myself tonight of bacon and eggs. It was pretty yummy if I do say so myself.

Day 181: Day Off

Today has been a good day. First off, I caught up on my sleep this morning. It was nice to catch up on my sleep. Then I also did some laundry this morning as well. My sister and I went to hang out with James, eat lunch and then she did a couple photoshoot of him and I. It was a lot of fun and it was fun hanging out with him again. I also bought a new dress last night that I bought with my Kohl's cash that I earned so I used that dress for the photoshoot. I thought it was a lot of fun hanging out with him and look forward to seeing him again.

Day 180: Brightness of Day

Today has been a very productive good day. I had the day off today so I have finished up the powerpoint presentation that Shanice and I are supposed to do next Monday in class. I also got all of my math homework accomplished as well. It is good to every once in awhile have a day off where I can get all my school work and projects done. I have today and tomorrow off but I believe James and I are hanging out tomorrow so I wanted to get it all done before tomorrow. Tonight Shanice and I are getting together and putting our project together and stuff so it'll be a good productive ending to my day as well.

Day 179: Memorable Day :)

Today has been a good day. I got called in this morning because one of the cashiers called out so instead of working 5 hours I worked 8 hours. Got to love getting some extra hours of work. I also got 2 people to sign up for Kohl's charges and found out I won last week's Kohl's charge contest which was a pretty good suprise. Then after work I went straight to school which was my math class and it went pretty well. I actually like my math teacher which I didn't think would happen and also my classmates are cool as well. After school, I went to Taco Bell, hence the picture I took and James met me there and we just hung out and ate dinner for a little bit. We were going to workout together but he was too tired from working out this morning so we met for dinner instead. After that, I came home and took a math quiz which I got a 100 on, that was a good ending to my day and now I am just relaxing until bedtime which since I kind of have a headache may be sooner than I thought. Talk about a good day.

Day 178: Busy Bee of a Day

Today has been a busy but good day. I went to church this morning and taught sunday school as usual. It was a fun time. Then James came at church time and also came out to lunch with my family, some friends and I at Wendy's. I also met his dad today as well. It was a lot of fun going out to lunch with my family, James and his dad. I enjoy getting to know new people. I also enjoy spending time with James as well. I am just chilling right now and then working tonight. I may take a nap soon because I feel like I'm going to pass out soon. I am kind of tired but never realize it until I get home from church. Then I realize how tired I am and end up taking a nap. This has been a good day and just keeps getting better as well.

Day 177: GREAT Day

Today has been a good day so far. I have just relaxed at home, took my brother to work and am currently working on my project for my math class that my partner and I are working on. It is on the mathematician Blaise Pascal and it is pretty interesting so far. Also, I got a phone call this morning from James which was a nice wakeup call. I enjoy getting phone calls from him, it puts me in a good mood the rest of the day. I am working later but for now just getting some stuff done on our presentation. I absolutely hate presenting in front of people but I'll be okay. Then tonight, James and I are going to hang out at my house along with my brother, watch a movie, eat dinner and just enjoy our time together. It is a lot of fun hanging out with him. That will be a good ending to my already pretty good day.

Day 176: Yet Another Busy Day

This is a cool tree that is right across from my house. It is pretty cool looking and it is pretty cool that it is in like a little forest. I love all the trees and creation that God made, it just awes me so much how much beautiful creation God has made. My day today has been a pretty relaxing one. I have mostly just hung out at home and later on I am going to go do some shopping at Kohl's and then later tonight I will be off to work yet another register shift at Kohl's. I am hoping I can convince some more people to open Kohl's charges, it is fun to try and convince them to get one and when they finally say yes, it is the best feeling. I actually talked one guy into it yesterday which was pretty cool. James will be at work today so I'll say hey to him when I'm up there shopping, good times good times. So overall, my day is going to be a good one and a relaxing one as well.

Day 175: Tiring But Good Day

It has been a pretty good day so far. I worked this morning on the register and talked 4 people into opening a Kohl's charge when I only needed to get 3. I was suprised I got so many, I am lucky most times if I even get 1. I also saw James at work because he was working in the shoe department today. Then I got my hair curled by my sister for our lifegroup hang out thing tonight. My mom is making stroganoff for dinner tonight which will be yummy then we're going to hang out, play board games and have some fun as a lifegroup tonight. It will be a good night. Also, James is joining us for dinner then coming to lifegroup tonight as well. I am looking forward to my night, I love hanging with all my awesome friends at lifegroup.

Day 174: Life is Good

Today has been a good day. I have gotten a lot accomplished. I caught up on my sleep and talked to James on the phone this morning. Then I did my household chores of cleaning the bathtubs and vacuuming the entire house today. I like when I have days off where I can get stuff accomplished. I also did a little bit of my math stuff which was my homework journal that my teacher grades us on. It has been a pretty relaxing day and very productive as well. I have school tonight and we will be starting the next section now. I only have a few more weeks left of school so I am getting pretty excited for a break from school for a few weeks. Also, in about a month my birthday is coming up along with Christmas, it is very exciting.

Day 173: The School and then Fun Day :)

I saw these flowers in my back yard and just thought they looked so cool. They look very pretty. God certaintly has great taste in His creation. It is all so breath taking and beautiful. I have been pretty busy today. I retook my math test this morning and my teacher never said I could bring my textbook to the test so I didn't bring it so thankfully the place I was taking the test had a spare book that I was able to use for the test. It was kind of annoying that she didn't let us know we could use the book but God was watching over me there. Also, I went shopping at the mall with my boyfriend a.k.a. James, we just walked in the stores and hung out. It was a lot of fun as usual hanging out with him. I enjoy our times together a lot. Now I am off to pick my sister up from school soon then working tonight, other than that the rest of the day will be relaxing time.

Day 172: Day to Remember

Today has been a nice relaxing day off. I didn't have to work today, instead I went to brunch with my dad and sister this morning. Then this afternoon, I spent studying again for this math test retake I am taking tomorrow and just making sure I have it down so I can do well on it. I am also going to the gym with James tonight because he invited me to work out with him, it'll be a pretty funny sight me in a gym though considering I don't really work out except for walking a bunch at work and playing frisbee every week. It will be nice to see him again though. Then after that I'm going to head out to the park and play some intense ultimate frisbee with my friends tonight. I can't wait until tonight and being done with this boring study time of mortgages, interest and loans. It'll be nice to get away for a little while and relax with my friends. Talk about a good ending to my night.

Day 171: Fun Day :)

This has been a great, fun day. I had church this morning and one kid at my sunday school that I taught the bible story of Elisha helping the widow lady. The kid really enjoyed the story and the part where my sister who helps me in sunday school asked him if the lady drank the oil which of course she didn't, my sister was just joking about that. I also saw James for a good portion of the day, he came over and hung out at my house for a good portion of the day and we had a lot of fun. It was a lot of fun and very entertaining. It is funny to see him and my sister together because they give each other a hard time like crazy, it is too funny. Now I am just chilling at home until hanging out with friends tonight for game night. I enjoy hanging out with my friends so much, it is one of the highlights of my week. My friends are very important to me and so as such all the times I can hang with them is awesome.

Day 170: Day of Nonstop Busy Time

Today was a pretty busy day. I got woken up by a phone call from James which was a nice start to my day. Then I got productive and decided to clean my room then I also studied some for a math test I've got to retake before Wednesday. It has been a good day though and I got a lot accomplished. I also went to work tonight and worked on the fitting rooms which weren't too bad today. I got everything looking good for the closing crew, I love doing that because it makes their night so much better when their fitting rooms aren't all full of clothes. I also enjoy helping the closing go well too so that is another part of why I like it so much. For some reason they seem to like me on the fitting rooms as well because I get them done quickly and efficiently, I don't mind the fitting rooms all that much either and I like making things look good for the other people that are closing so it works out. It has been a good day and I am looking forward to tomorrow, I love Sundays plua I gain an extra hour of sleep tonight which is awesome.

Day 169: Busy Day

Today has been a good day so far. I took my open book chemistry test today and I am feeling pretty good about it so we'll see when my grade comes back what I got on it. I also found out some good news that I got an 80 on my math test that I took on Tuesday, I was pretty much jumping for joy on that one because now I don't have to retake it like I have had to do for the last two tests. I am going to be picking my brother up from work soon and also took him in this morning at 5:30 a.m., then came home and slept some more. He woke up when I did which was 5 minutes before I was supposed to be taking him in so he had to rush to get ready but I got him there on time. It has been a pretty busy but good day so far. Tonight, I am making stuffed cabbage for dinner and James is coming over for our second official date to watch a movie he is renting and eating the dinner I am making. That will be a good ending to my pretty busy day.

Day 168: Working

Today has been a pretty chill day. I worked this morning and saw James there, he now works at Kohl's and was there for some training today. It was nice to see him there. I also did some grocery shopping with my mom for the dinner I am making for James and I to eat tomorrow night for our second official date night. It will be such a fun time and will be some yummy food. My mom is helping me make it so that I can start learning a few recipes. Tonight, I am going to lifegroup as well to see all my awesome friends and maybe even see James again as well. I have had a pretty relaxing day and work went really well too.

Day 167: Lovely Day

Today has been a nice beautiful day. I have just been relaxing and heard from James this morning. It is his first day working at Kohl's so I wanted to call and wish him good luck. I'm sure he'll have a good first day learning all there is to know about Kohl's. I also did some chores around the house today. It was nice to be productive today and also get to relax and sleep in. I had a headache yesterday and as of this morning, it is all gone. It was fun last night because we had chicken tetrazzini for dinner that my mom made then James came over, hung out, ate dinner with my family and I and watched a movie. We watched Remember the Titans, I absolutely love that movie. It was a bunch of fun.

Day 166: Beautiful Day

This has been a very busy day for me. I worked this morning on the truck and got a lot done on it. Also, I went to school to take my math test and turned in some paperwork for the school I am transferring to that they needed. It was a lot of running around because I also picked my brother up from work as well as my sister from school. I am ready to just relax tonight and am hanging out with James tonight. He is coming over to hang out, eat dinner and maybe watch a movie or something. I enjoy hanging out with him and look forward to many more days like this. Now I am simply relaxing and ready to relax the rest of the night.
