Day 133: Study Afternoon

What did I do today? I studied for my test in my chemistry class tomorrow. I also studied some yesterday so I am just hoping and praying that everything I studied will come through for me and I'll do well on the test. I went to school last night and found out that class was cancelled so I still have no idea what I got on my math test. I am hoping to find out before Monday though. I also had the day off today so had a nice sleep in time as well as lots of study time. My sister also curled my hair for tonight so I'm going out with curly hair again. She is a great hair stylist and I love how it looks. I am looking forward to seeing all my awesome friends tonight at a coffee shop. All of my lifegroup is going to that which is cool. I enjoy Thursdays a lot for that very reason that I see all my awesome friends every week.

Day 132: Day Off

Today has been a nice day. I had the whole day off so I studied for my test in chemistry on Friday. Also, I have school tonight so hopefully I find out what I got on my math test tonight. I have just been relaxing at home on my day off. I have enjoyed my day off being able to sleep in. It has been a nice day of relaxation and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I enjoy any day off I possibly have. I love my job but it is nice to have a day off now and then just to get studying and other stuff done.

Day 131: Lovely Day

I have had a nice day relaxing at home today. I don't work until tonight so I have just been relaxing at home until then. I was able to sleep in today and loved it. God has given us a beautiful day outside today and I have enjoyed the day so far. I took a math test last night and am nervous to see how I did on it. I felt like I understood it but when I say I did good on a test I end up doing bad so I'm not saying anything about it at all. God has blessed me with a good teacher and some classmates that are helpful too.

Day 130: Rainbowwwww :)

I saw this across the street from my school and it looked so cool. It rained a bunch today and God sent this cool rainbow my way to show me how beautiful His creation is even in the dreary rain. I took a math test today and studied like crazy for it. I am fully relying on God in this class because I am not a big math person. God has truly blessed me with a good teacher and some awesome classmates as well in that class. It was so cool to see this after relying on God during my math test. I just need these last two classes this semester then I can graduate from that school which is awesome. I loved this beautiful reminder of how God is always with me.

Day 129: Fun Day

I saw this cool looking plant at my church this morning and thought it looked cool so I took a picture of it. I have had a great Sunday. I went to church, helped in nursery and taught Sunday School for the little kids. Then I went to Blimpie's for lunch which was really yummy. Then I took a nap then chilled at home for a little bit then got some movies back from a friend. I also went to evening service after that then hung out with some awesome, amazing friends tonight at a coffee shop. We played Catch Phrase and just enjoyed each other's company. It was so much and I thoroughly enjoyed myself as I usually do. Now I am off to bed because I work early in the morning. Goodnight, Blogger world.

Day 128: Garden of Beauty

This was a cool view outside my window a little ways and wow it just looked like a painting but nope it is a picture I took. It just looks so beautiful. I love looking around and beauty just pops out at my everywhere I look. I love this picture so much. It has been a wonderful day of rest and relaxation. I am working tonight. This afternoon I did some homework as well as went shopping with my sister. She got a brand new outfit that she wants for the winter time and I decided to be nice and be the one that bought it for her. She doesn't have a job so doesn't have as much money and she is such a blessing to me and I love that I can show her some love every once in awhile. It was a fun time shopping with her, I always enjoy hanging out with that girl. She is so special to me as all the rest of my family is as well. I did my homework that is due by my next class and over the next few days I am also going to be studying like crazy as well. I am hanging out with some awesome friends tomorrow as well playing games, drinking coffee and overall just hanging out and enjoying their company. My friends are so special to me just like my family. It is so cool how I have found so many amazing friends.

Day 127: Clouds in the Sky

I had the day off today so I had school this morning and ever since have just been relaxing at home. I am definitely looking forward to playing some ultimate frisbee tonight with my awesome friends. That has quickly become one of my favorite days of the week. That, lifegroup and church days are the best days of the week. I absolutely love all three and look forward to them the whole week as I am at school or at work. It always has some very memorable times and makes my life very exciting.

Day 126: The Rat Dog

We call her a rat dog when she gets clipped because how short her hair is. She is such a great model I just told her to come and sit and she sat there all still just waiting for the picture to be taken. She is such a smart dog. Sometimes she is too smart for her own good and that gets her in trouble sometimes. She was so cute today because it was thundering and raining outside so she was hiding under my bed because she was scared of all the noise outside. Plus she hates getting wet so she didn't want to go out in the rain. I am so happy we were blessed with this amazing dog. She has added so much fun and laughter to our lives. God knew the perfect dog for us which is awesome. I love her so much!

Day 125: Relaxation is Key

Today I have just been relaxing around the house. I had the day off today so I have been at home accomplishing stuff such as doing homework, studying and doing my household chores. Days off are good days to get lots of stuff accomplished and considering I'm going to school tonight doing my homework is pretty important. It has been a nice day because I also got to sleep in and catch up on some sleep that recently I haven't had much of. I also did laundry of mine and some of my parent's laundry as well so as you can see I use my days off to get stuff done that normally with work I can't get done. Overall, God has blessed me with a great day off and a beautiful day at that.

Day 124: Work Day

As you can probably guess, I am off to work today. Today is my 8 hour closing day so I am off to work soon. I also filled up the gas in my brother and my car because it was starting to get low. I have had a fairly enjoyable day relaxing at home. I had school last night and had a pretty good time. Then I got a coupon for a free steak and side so my sister and I went there as well.

Day 123: Deep Stuff

Today has been a pretty lazy, relaxing day for me. I slept in a good amount today although for some reason I feel like I need a lot more sleep. I also got all my homework finished for school tonight as well as taking my brother into work. I am off to school tonight and don't mind it too much. I have a cool teacher and some friends in my class so it makes a math class a lot more enjoyable. I hung out with my friends at Starbuck's last night and about 8 people showed up which is double the amount that showed up last week. It was so cool to see all the participation last night. They all made it such a memorable night as well. I love my group of friends and just feel like they are true friends who come out no matter how busy their schedule might be. That means a lot to me and makes me feel very special. I have the best group of friends ever that can make me laugh as well as make me think which is great qualities in friends. I heard people talking about how the lifegroup I go to is kind of surfacey because of the amount of people in it but I firmly believe that if they hung out as much as I do with those people they would see something completely different. I believe the way to get to know people deeper is to hang out with them outside of lifegroup which is why I plan all these events to get to know everybody better and the thing we did last night card game at Starbuck's is a perfect way to hang out and get to know each other. My friends who came last night mean so much to me and my life would not be complete without them thanks you guys so much you mean the world to me.

Church is more than you could ever imagine...

Let me just start off saying that those of you that have had a bad experience in a church I am truly sorry. Christians should behave differently than other people but many times that isn't what happens. I don't at all believe that church is anything else than what it should be a building where people can come, be safe, be comforted and come most importantly to sing praises to God for His many blessings. My faith is what makes me different from others, I don't believe in religion at all I believe in faith in Jesus and God who are one in the same. This is called the Trinity meaning three beings in one there is God the Father, Jesus the one and only Son of God and the Holy Spirit who lives in each and every one of God's followers. God's followers are called Christians but I feel like many people hide behind that name or call themselves Christians even though they want nothing to do with anything God stands for which is called hypocrisy. Well, you will all find that I am definitely not one of those people that lives a fake Christian life. When I say something about God it is because I believe that He is the Creator of the entire universe and is my Heavenly Father.

When I was 8 years old which was 13 years ago, I came to faith in Christ through my dad who is also a pastor. Ever since, I have tried to live my life for God, I am human so I am definitely not perfect but I try to live my life according to how God would want me to live. My dad pastors a church now called Minneola Alliance Church and he is my biggest inspiration for a life lived according to God's will even through tough circumstances. I love him sooooo much. If you have been looking for a judgment free church where you can be completely free to be yourself and don't have a certain dress code that everybody dresses in every week and just somewhere you can find lots of friends fully willing to get to know you please feel free to come to my dad's church, it is awesome.

There are lots of events in the church such a women's bible study called Alliance Women for women who just want to learn and grow more in God. Also, for the children there is an event called Awana where your kids can come, have fun, learn some Bible verses, play some fun games and just overall be able to come and be themselves with people completely passionate about your kids and meeting you as well. Also, I teach the 3-5 year old sunday school class and love every minute of it, getting to teach kids about God and getting to know all your wonderful kids, the other sunday school teachers are just as passionate if not more passionate about your kids as me.

The sunday school teachers, church staff such as my dad and the Awana leaders are completely passionate about you and your kids and helping you grow spiritually as well as just getting to know you more. The worship time where we come together and sing songs to God is a mixed service of both hymns and contemporary worship with drums and keyboard and all that as well. It is an awesome service and of course my dad is the pastor who does an awesome job

Day 122: Beautiful Afternoon

Today has been a very nice day of relaxation. I was able to sleep in today and after an intense game of frisbee last night with my friends it was nice to be able to sleep in and relax. I am pretty sore from how much exercise we got last night and I am in a good mood as well because I love frisbee nights. Tomorrow, some of my friends and I are also going to get some coffee and hang out. It was a very nice night playing frisbee last night not too hot and the people assembled there are some of those that I can always depend on to be there every week which is awesome. I have some awesome friends and enjoy every minute of hanging out with them they make my days and nights brighter.

Day 121: School, Relaxation and FRISBEEE!!!!

I have had a great day today. I had the day off today so all day I was able to relax. I had school this morning and have been relaxing since. Tonight once again I will be playing frisbee with some friends which has quickly become one of my favorite days of the weeks along with church and lifegroup days. This sky just looked so bright and beautiful today. I love how it looked. This was taken from out of my window and it just made me realize how beautiful God's creation is. I love the way it looked and this is a great day full of relaxation and some fun at frisbee tonight.

Day 120: Lovebugs= yucky

I saw this lovely bug outside my window this morning. I absolutely hate these bugs they are really nasty and fly straight at your car in huge groups so you are guaranteed to smash lots of them which is annoying because they aren't the easiest bugs to clean off your car. Thankfully, they only have a short lifespan so it doesn't last long having them around but still they are annoying. I'd rather have them than mosquitoes though because they don't bite like crazy like mosquitoes do. I'm not really sure what the point of mosquitoes or lovebugs are but they exist so there must be a point to them.

Day 119: Hobbies

This is one of my many hobbies. I love going on facebook and catching up with my new and old friends as well. I also enjoy hearing about their lives and how God is working in and through them to reach the lost and hurting world around us. It is so cool how many friends I have gained throughout the years and am still continuing to gain. I always feel so blessed to have the friends I do because they make my life special and help me see the good in the world where sometimes there isn't much good in it.

Day 118: Not a Cloud in the Sky

This looked so cool because you rarely see a sky with very few clouds and that is what happened today. I did some homework and chores this afternoon. Then I went and saw Contagion with my brother, sister and some friends. It was an okay movie, I don't think I'd sit through it again but it was okay to see one time especially with some friends like I did.

Day 117: Favorite Band

I absolutely love this band. I have seen them in concert a bunch of times and have actually talked to the band members quite a bit as well. The whole band is so sweet and awesome and really down to earth people. I love when people use their great talents especialy in music just to worship and cry out to God through their songs. Then other people who may or may not be Christians may hear the music and it'll speak to them so powerfully that God's name is magnified even if the person listening isn't a Christian. The reason God's name is magnified is because where there is music that glorifies the name of God there is strength and His name is being spread to the lost through an awesome tool called music which is great. I love this band and highly encourage anybody who has never heard of them to check out their music.

Day 116: 9/11 Memorial

You see it all over the news every year on this particular day. Memorials of the people who lost their lives on the day the terrorists decided to crash a plane into the twin towers. All I can wonder is how many of these people went from that horrific accident into Heaven. I truly mourn for those that never knew what they were missing or did know and just didn't care. This is a sad day for everyone and I just wish that on this day we would all remember the people who lost their lives and pray for the families and friends of those people and encourage them in the Lord that not all life is as bad as that terrible day that will always be remembered and be in the backs of everybody's minds. I truly care for all those people who lost loved ones and hope that you will join with me not just today but all throughout the year to encourage and pray for them that even though it has been 10 years and many don't think about it except this particular day that those people that lost loved ones would not be forgotten and would be loved on in God's love. This is my plea please join with me in this.

Day 115: Beauty Surrounds Me Today

I took this from my bedroom because it just looked so cool. I love how the sky looks around my house so wide open and bright. It has been a great day so far consisting of more sleep than usual this week and working for 8 hours today. I'm going to be working in the shoe department just keeping things looking good for the person that has to close that department today. I also closed last night and it was a pretty easy close even though we were down one person. It was a good crew we had assembled last night to close as well. I love when that happens it makes work even more enjoyable.

Day 114: Another Beautiful Day

I got to enjoy another beautiful day today. This morning I felt fall in the air and it was such a nice change that I was like wow just wow. It was so cool I can't wait until fall and winter time because those are my favorite seasons where it is cool enough to wear long sleeves, pants and jackets to stay nice and warm. I love how it feels when it is cool out here. I love beautiful weather when it is nice out and I don't sweat like crazy out. I also got to do school today and my teacher is really funny and lighthearted so he makes the class actually enjoyable for a chemistry class. Now I am off to work soon as well to make that money and get some stuff done.

Day 113: Work, Work, Work

This is such a cool view of the sky. I worked from 5:30 a.m. until about 2:45 p.m. today and it was an overall good day at work. We got so much done and inventory is officially over. It was an enjoyable day and made me so thankful that I have been blessed with a great job with great coworkers. God has given me this job and I am very thankful for it because it is a great job.

Day 112: Beautiful View

I got to see this beautiful view on the way home from work today and just had to take a picture of it. I love simple things such as this that just make me smile and are a constant reminder to me that God is with me through everything even days when I am absolutely exhausted. I worked at 5:30 a.m. this morning on inventory and we were doing inventory in the stockroom today. It wasn't too bad of a day I am just not a morning person so it was tough to wake up and get myself motivated to go to work. We got done early though which was nice and I had a nice lunch with some of my coworkers. I also am taking a math test tonight so that is another thing I will be happy to be done with because I have been studying like crazy for it. This has been an overall great day though.

Day 111: Study Day

I used today as my study day. I have a math test tomorrow so I used today as a day to prepare for it. Today is also the day before my mom's birthday and all of us were home so we celebrated her birthday by watching Life As We Know It and eating some steak and potatoes. It was a very yummy dinner and I had a good night celebrating my mom's birthday as well. My mom is my hero and she is such a great, godly woman. She is a very strong Christian woman and is my biggest role model. I love her so much and she is a very special lady.

Day 110: Fresh and Clean

My dog, Midnight was given a bath and this is her fresh and clean after her bath. Isn't she cute? I love this dog so much, she makes me smile so much. This has been a good Labor Day. I had to work but it wasn't too bad although it was kind of stressful with all of the machine problems that we had but we got everything finished that needed to be done. Also, I worked on a math lesson today for my class on Wednesday and I took 4 hours tonight to finish the lesson but I got it all done and am going to do some more tomorrow just to keep it fresh in my mind for my math test. Overall, it has been a very nice day.

Day 109: Fun Times

This is my beautiful sister. We went shopping today at Kohl's of course and I took a random picture of one of the shirts she was trying on and I said by the way you're my blog post for the day. She was all like okay whatever. It has been a nice day of spending time with my awesome family and praising God through worship, a great message by my dad and just overall good times. I also got to spend time shopping which is one of my favorite pasttimes even when I shop at the place I work. You can't beat the clearance we have. It has once again been a nice day off and was nice to be able to relax after my double shift yesterday. I am a bit tired of not getting much sleep the past couple of days but all the tiredness was totally worth it. I have had such a great weekend full of friends, family and lots of fun activites such as ultimate frisbee which I LOVE!!! I hope you all have a blessed day as well.

Day 108: MIDNIGHT!!!

Day 107: School Day

I went to school today as you can probably guess by the picture and actually enjoyed myself. The teacher is very chill and cool and his teaching style isn't a normal lecture version so it isn't boring. The chemistry we talked about today was pretty fascinating as well. One thing I didn't agree with is that the sun is going to destroy the earth in 4 billion years. But overall, the information he was giving was very interesting and keeps you involved in it unlike some teachers who are so boring you could fall asleep in their class. Thankfully, I haven't had any of those so haven't had that urge but yeah. This was a good day and I am going to lunch with my sister so it'll be another fun portion of my day.

Day 106: Beauty in the Skies

I saw this outside my house the other night and just thought the sky looked so beautiful. From afar, it looked like God was peeking through the clouds at me which was cool to think of although the truth is He's not peeking He is watching over all of us because of His immense love for us. It is so cool to think that my Father God is watching me and is smiling down on me because of how much He loves me. I live my life for God and that is never going to change no matter what happens in my life. It was a very relaxing day today because I had the day off and it was a bit rainy so it was a good day to just chill at home. We are doing appetizers for a meal at lifegroup tonight so i made salsa and bought some chips and am also taking plates so I am looking forward to seeing all my awesome friends there.
