Day 13: Dinner= YUMMYYY

This is what I had for dinner tonight. My mom made it, it is called stuffed cabbage and her stuffed cabbage is awesome and very yummy. My mom makes the best food and this is one of my favorite meals that she makes. I just hope some day I will be as awesome of a cook as she is because the food is amazing. If you have never tried it, you should totally try it, it is very very yummy.

Day 12: Memorial Day

This is a random lizard I found just sitting there as we were hanging out at Disney for Memorial Day. I liked how it looked with the stripe down its back. God surely does have a great imagination and lots of creativity in the color schemes and animals he makes. I thought it looked cool and I wanted to touch it but it was out of reach, oh well. It was a cool lizard.

Day 11: Sunrise

So when I woke up this morning look what greeted me. I love waking up and seeing the sunrise greeting me. The beauty of God's creation awes me to no end. I believe that God made me this sunrise to start off my day with a boost. I slept alright last night had a little bit of a tough time falling asleep because all of the excitement last night with my friends but I can always take a Sunday afternoon nap. I am going to church soon and going to the evening service tonight loveee it can't wait for the day to start.

Day 10: More Rain=More Beauty :)

I took this picture at a stoplight on the way to pick my sister and friend up to go minigolfing. It had rained a little bit here and then the sky just looked so cool afterwards. The weather was nice too, not too hot and not too cold. It was a little humid but that is normal after rain. It was just such a cool view I just had to take a picture of it. Today was a great day, I worked first then hung out with a pretty awesome possum group of people. They just make my day, every single one of them. I just wonder what my life would look like without them and think how sad and boring that would be, they definetly keep me entertained. Thanks to all of my awesome friends for making my life so great. God has truly blessed me with some amazing friends that is all I have to say.

Day 9: Rain Rain, Come Here, We Need You

I took this picture from my house when I got back from dropping my brother at work. I believe that rain is on the horizon although I wonder whether or not it will actually rain. Sometimes it looks like rain will come then it never does. This is the kind of day I have had though, nice and relaxing even though I work today but overall nothing too crazy is happening today.

I love this picture because it shows how unpredictable weather is but how beautiful the sky can look because of it. God has seriously made a beautiful creation. Also, on my way home from dropping my brother off at work, I saw a vulture in the middle of the road eating at a poor creature that got hit by a car. It is really sad how that happens, if animals were less unpredictable and people were more careful when their driving, then this wouldn't happen. But oh well, such is life I guess.

Day 8: The View

This is the view I get from Kohl's driving home each day isn't it beautiful? I just love driving down that way and looking over the beautiful landscape that God has made. The view is spectacular and I absolutely love it. I worked 9 hours today starting at 6 a.m. so I'm a little pooped but I can still enjoy the view right? Anyways, Day 8 is another of God's many creations.

Day 7: One week down more of God's beautiful creation

On the ride home from school, I saw this cool looking tree so I decided to take a picture while I was stuck in a line of cars waiting at a stoplight. I happened to have my camera with me as well which was weird. I love seeing random parts of God's creation. The tree was just standing there and I just thought it was so cool how God made this tree in just the perfect spot that it has plenty of water and sunlight so that it continues day to day to be there as I drive home. It is just awe inspiring to see all of God's creation and how He makes it just perfect.

Day 6: Entertainment

This is a very pretty tree in my back yard. Funny story, my dog was scratching on the door to get out and she usually does this when she needs to go potty or when she is chasing a bird or squirrel. She did this and my mom let her out and low and behold there was a squirrel in the tree and so she raced out and chased it up into the tree because it was down on the floor. She is such a character and always makes us laugh at the silly things she does. This tree reminded me of the many times she has provided entertainment to me and my family.

Day 5: Nailssss

I just want to say how much I appreciate my mom. She has always been there for me and today even though she is extrememly irritated with my college, she still went in to deal with financial aid again. She is always there for me when I need her and helps me do the things that are important to my future. I enjoyed doing my nails today but without my mom, I would be nothing. God truly blessed me with her and just wanted to say how much I appreciate everything she does for me.

My nails remind me of the love of my mom, because they might look crazy but I love the colors, so I may be crazy and not always show how much my mom means to me but like these colors without my mom I would be nothing just like without her, I wouldn't have the freedom to be myself and express myself through the clothes I wear and the color I paint my nails. She is one of my favorite people in the world and always will be.

Day 4: Study time a.k.a. Sunday off time to do some studying

Along with going to church and teaching the sunday school class this morning. Then going to lunch with some friends for lunch this afternoon, I also studied for my Life Science class. I will be doing more of that tonight but until I have that college degree under my belt this is my life. My life consists of: eating, sleeping, church, work and school, not in that order mind you. It has been an overall good day off though although I am pretty tired.

Unfortunately, I will continue being tired though because I work a good amount this week. It has been a great Sunday off. It is the awards ceremony at our Awana club tonight, I made some cookies for the snack time afterwards today and I am looking forward to seeing what all the children accomplished. It is amazing seeing all the children learn from the Bible and hearing them recite those verses that will stay with them throughout their lives.

Day 3: Work work work

One of the places I spend a lot of my time, Kohl's! Not only do I enjoy shopping there, I also happen to work there and absolutely love working there. Most people would deny liking the place they work but I genuinely do. I spent this morning here and boy it was a nonstop day of either doing freight, taking down the power hour signs or cleaning the fitting rooms.

This is a day in the life of me because between work, school and church, this is basically my life except the occasional time with friends and family. Good day at work, enjoyable and not too crazy.

Movie day with the girls :)

Guess what movie I saw today? I went with my sister, Ashley, Sarah, their mother and Kimberly to see POTC 4: On Stranger Tides. It was a really fun time. I decided to use this picture as my 2nd day picture because this is the exciting thing I did today. I only worked and watched this movie today so a nice, relaxing day was what I had today. The movie was very good, better than the last two, At World's End and Dead Man's Chest. The best one so far is the original but this was the 2nd best one.

I also enjoyed hanging out with the girls today just relaxing and watching an exciting movie. It is good every now and then just to hang with your girl friends because friends are very important to me. I also got to spend time with my sister which was really cool too. Very great day and it is still going.

Midnight, keeper of the yard

Day 1: I decided to randomly walk outside and see what my dog, Midnight was up to. She wanted to play fetch and so she looked so aggressively cute that I just had to take a picture. She is one of those dogs that tries as hard as she can to sound and be aggressive but nobody is afraid of her because she is the most loving dog you'll ever meet. We got her when she was 6 weeks old from a rescue place and she has found her way into the hearts of everybody she meets right off the bat.

She is the sweetest and cutest dog ever, in my opinion. This is day one of three hundred and sixty-five days so now I am down to three hundred and sixty-four. I hope you enjoy!

Randomness

I created this blog to just be able to remember the year 2011 from May 19, 2011, on and can't wait to see what happens throughout the year. I am going to lifegroup tonight which I can't wait for. I set up this thing and it asks for a phone number to put in a code to access the blog system so I did but OOPS I PUT IN MY HOME # while my entire family is fast asleep yikes so I quickly backtracked and changed the #. Phew anyways, here is my blog about my life in 2011 and on the next post for tomorrow I will add a picture of something random that happened through the day, and will do this for the next 365 days.
